Levy is a highly experienced retail executive with a remarkable career spanning over 30 years, during which she has played pivotal roles in leading some of the most iconic brands in the fashion industry. Prior to joining Catalyst Brands, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Aéropostale, Nautica, and Lucky Brand at SPARC Group, overseeing merchandising strategies and brand operations and leading the brands through a period of momentous transformation.
Levy's career also includes significant leadership roles at The Children's Place, where she served as Chief Merchandising Officer and Executive Vice President of Merchandising and Design. She had a considerable impact on the company's product strategy, overseeing everything from design to merchandising, which helped solidify its place in the competitive children's apparel market.
Additionally, Levy held senior roles at notable retailers such as Ann Taylor, Lord & Taylor, Caldor Corporation, and Mervyn's, with responsibilities ranging from Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager to overseeing a wide array of categories, including women's apparel, accessories, and sportswear. At Lord & Taylor, she was promoted through the ranks from Vice President of Merchandising to Senior Vice President, taking on leadership roles for women's sportswear, accessories, shoes, handbags, and children's clothing. Levy began her career at Macy's, where she honed her skills as a Buyer and Merchandising Manager, ultimately advancing to leadership positions in women's activewear, accessories, and children's apparel.
Levy's expertise lies in brand strategy, product development, merchandising, and leadership, which she has applied across a variety of top–tier companies. Her ability to drive growth and profitability has positioned her as a trusted leader in the retail space.
Levy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Retail Management from Simmons University.
