Mike DupuisSVP, Chief Digital Officer

Mike Dupuis is the SVP, chief digital officer, reporting to Marc Rosen, chief executive officer for Catalyst Brands. He is an experienced executive with a proven track record in digital transformation, e–commerce, and brand strategy. He joined SPARC Group in September 2019 and brings over 30 years of leadership experience in both the retail and agency sectors.

Prior to SPARC Group, Dupuis served as Executive Vice President of Global E–commerce at Calvin Klein, where he played a critical role in shaping the brand’s global digital and e–commerce strategies, transforming it into a global digital powerhouse. While at PVH, Dupuis also held the role of Executive Vice President of Digital Strategy and Operations at PVH North America, where he spearheaded key initiatives to drive digital growth across some of the world's leading fashion brands, including Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.

Throughout his career, Dupuis has held senior leadership roles at top–tier brands, including Party City, The Children's Place, and American Eagle Outfitters. His experience spans e–commerce, digital marketing, and brand development, and he has been instrumental in driving customer–centric digital strategies that elevate brand presence and create engaging, seamless experiences across all touchpoints.

In addition to his work at consumer brands, Dupuis has a strong background in agency leadership, having worked at renowned agencies like Digitas, J. Walter Thompson, and Organic. His extensive experience in digital marketing and creative strategy has allowed him to build and lead cross–functional teams to deliver innovative, data–driven solutions.

Dupuis began his career at McCann–Erickson NY, where he honed his expertise in marketing and brand communications. His deep understanding of both the creative and operational sides of business has made him a highly respected leader in the digital space. With a passion for driving growth and innovation, Dupuis continues to build impactful digital strategies that create value for customers, brands, and businesses alike.
