Kumar “Kartik” KartikeyaSVP, Chief Digital and Technology Officer

Kumar “Kartik” Kartikeya is the SVP, chief digital and technology officer, reporting to Marc Rosen, chief executive officer for Catalyst Brands. Kartik brings a wealth of expertise to the role, with deep experience at the intersection of technology and consumer–focused innovation.

Kartik joined Catalyst Brands in April 2025. Most recently, he served as Head of Product and Technology, Digital Transformation at AT&T, where he was responsible for digital transformation and platform modernization across all channels. Under his leadership, AT&T's digital channels saw tremendous growth fueled by personalization, simplifying experiences for customers and employees and building talented product and engineering teams.

Before AT&T, Kartik held several leadership roles at Levi Strauss & Co. and lululemon, championing DTC, Digitizing Go–to–Market, Omnichannel, Market Expansion, and Data/AI initiatives. He was also instrumental in the Beyond Yoga acquisition and successfully integrated the new business with Levi's. Prior to leadership roles in retail, he spent several years working as an architect for global organizations and comes from a hands–on engineering background.
