Kevin Harper is the executive vice president, chief operating officer for Catalyst Brands, reporting to Marc Rosen, chief executive officer. Harper is responsible for overseeing the stores, technology, supply chain and sourcing teams at Catalyst Brands and ensuring a seamless integration into the new organization. He is also responsible for leverage the scale and expertise of the four areas to standardize operating procedures and drive efficiency in our operations.

Harper joined Catalyst Brands in January 2025 and brings more than 35 years of experience spearheading transformation efforts in the retail and manufacturing industries. He spent a large portion of his career with Walmart in several leadership roles including vice president of human resources, as well as vice president of international integration and new market entry. Previously, Harper spent the last six years working as a consultant, offering his expertise to drive operational excellence, business transformation and performance cultures at organizations including Levi's, LSC Communications, Foster Farms and several others.
