Glen Morris is the executive vice president, chief legal officer for Catalyst Brands, reporting to Marc Rosen, chief executive officer. Morris is responsible for all facets of the legal function at the Company, including litigation, labor & employment, privacy, ethics & compliance, regulatory, international, corporate/securities, real estate and legal operations, and serves as legal advisor to senior management and the board. He also oversees the Company's corporate strategy and government relations functions.

Morris has more than 25 years of broad legal experience, most recently serving as senior vice president, general counsel at JCPenney from 2021 through 2024. Morris first came to JCPenney in 2014 from the Dallas office of Alston & Bird LLP where he spent seven years as a partner with a national trial and appellate complex litigation practice. Overall, Morris spent 18 years in private practice, beginning his career with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

Morris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Baylor University and earned his law degree at Yale Law School.
