Chad Duennes is senior vice president of supply chain for Catalyst Brands, reporting to Kevin Harper, chief operating officer. Duennes is responsible for the Company's logistics, retail, and eCommerce distribution center operations and global logistics, including supply chain strategy, analytics, engineering, and systems.

Duennes joined JCPenney in May 2012, as east region senior director of supply chain operations. He was appointed senior director of supply chain strategy, engineering, and analytics in May 2015, and advanced to vice president in April 2020. He was promoted to senior vice president in December 2022.

Prior to joining JCPenney, he held several director–level positions at PepsiCo in sales, supply chain, and sales operations for more than eight years.

He holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Ohio University.
