Barbara Fevelo–Hoad is the chief sourcing officer for Aéropostale, Nautica, Lucky Brand, and Eddie Bauer, reporting to Kevin Harper, chief operating officer for Catalyst Brands. Fevelo–Hoad is responsible for leading the strategic sourcing direction for product development, developing country manufacturing strategies, and implementing speed–to–market initiatives.
Previously, Fevelo–Hoad integrated seven brands at SPARC Group during the company's acquisitions, demonstrating effective integration onto the new platform. She will play a crucial role in facilitating the merger of SPARC and JCP at Catalyst Brands.
With over 35 years of experience, Fevelo–Hoad is a highly accomplished manufacturing executive. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in determining strategic garment sourcing directions for well–known companies such as PVH, Ann Taylor, and Liz Claiborne. Additionally, she has served as a manufacturing engineer, where she focused on garment costs and manufacturing efficiencies. Fevelo–Hoad also held the position of Lead Transformation Officer at Liz Claiborne and Ann Taylor, where she worked on transforming manufacturing and product development processes.
Fevelo–Hoad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Manufacturing Engineering from The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. She also completed Executive Management Business Transformation programs at Cornell University.
